Jewelry Warranty

CLASSIC JEWELERS is proud to offer a limited warranty for your jewelry purchase. This warranty covers specific circumstances and outlines the conditions and limitations of our warranty services. Please read the terms and conditions carefully.

Coverage:

This warranty covers the following:

  • Loss of small stones (side stones, accent stones, etc.) from the jewelry piece.

  • Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Exclusions:

This warranty does NOT cover:

  • Loss or damage to the center diamond.

  • Damage resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, alteration, or unauthorized repairs.

  • Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and tarnishing.

Duration:

This warranty is valid for a period of [5] years from the date of purchase.

Conditions:

  • The jewelry must be inspected and serviced by CLASSIC JEWELERS or an authorized dealer at least once every [12] months to maintain the warranty.

  • Proof of purchase and warranty registration must be presented when requesting warranty services.

Claim Procedure:

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact CLASSIC JEWELERS customer service at 909-576-9828

  2. Provide your proof of purchase and warranty registration.

  3. Ship the jewelry piece to CLASSIC JEWELERS or an authorized dealer, insured and with tracking, at the customer's expense.

  4. CLASSIC JEWELERS will inspect the jewelry and determine if the damage or loss is covered under this warranty.

  5. If the claim is approved, CLASSIC JEWELERS will repair or replace the lost stones (excluding the center diamond) at no additional charge.

Limitation of Liability:

CLASSIC JEWELERS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the jewelry, even if CLASSIC JEWELERS has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
