Custom-Designed Jewelry

-  Once a custom design has been approved and the design file has been sent, the order is final and cannot be canceled or refunded.

- No refunds, exchanges, or modifications will be permitted after approval.

In-Stock, Non-Custom Rings

- In-stock, non-custom rings may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

- Items must be unworn, in original condition, and include all original packaging.

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

- A refund will be issued once the item is inspected and approved.
