At Classic Jewelers, we want you to love your jewelry. If you need to exchange an item, please review our policy below:

Exchanges are only allowed on unworn, undamaged items.
Items must be exchanged within 7 days of receiving them in the mail.
The item must be in its original condition with all packaging included.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges are subject to item availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a store credit may be issued.
