At Classic Jewelers, every ring is custom made to order, crafted with precision and care to reflect the uniqueness of your love story. Because of the personalized nature of our pieces, each ring requires approximately 2 weeks for production before it is ready to ship.
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders. Once your ring has been crafted, it will be shipped via a trusted overnight carrier, with tracking provided.

Expedited production is not currently available.
Delivery timeframes begin after the production period.

Please note that we are not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages, but we will gladly assist you in resolving any shipping-related issues. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Return Policy
At Classic Jewelers, we offer 14-day returns for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and include all packaging. Custom or engraved pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate a return, contact Info@RamzyJewelry.com with your order number. Once approved, returns must be shipped within 7 days, and refunds will be issued to the original

What Our Lifetime Warranty Covers:
Manufacturing Defects: We will repair or replace your ring if it is found to have structural or material defects due to the manufacturing process.
Loose Stones: We’ll tighten and secure any stones that become loose from normal wear.
Resizing: We offer complimentary resizing (one time) within the first year of purchase.
What’s Not Covered:
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
Normal wear and tear such as scratches, dings, or fading
Loss or theft
Repairs or work performed by other jewelers
How to Use Your Warranty:

Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. We reserve the right to assess and determine the cause of damage. If the ring is not repairable due to misuse or falls outside of the warranty terms, we will provide options for paid repairs or replacements.
